Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Maintain and update Customers Contact
- Update Customers Demand Information in ERP system
- Comply with agreements
- Development sales prediction
- Maintain and process Invoices in ERP as well as Customer Specific Price lists
- represent BU
- Handle and follow up Customers Claims and Credit Invoices.
- Communicate externally and internally engineering changes and quality complains
- Negotiation about prices
- Fill out contracts agreements
- Controll open orders
