AREA OF ADMINISTRATION

- Active support of HR manager and HR department team
- Technical and methodological support of HR systems (attendance modul …)
- Communication with mother-company in English at daily basis
- Preparation of analyses, statistics, presentations and reports based on requirements
- Management of employee share programs
- Implementation of new HR processes
- Development of internal communication

AREA OF RECRUITMENT AND ADAPTATION PROCESS

- Participation at people selection (pre-screening of suitable candidates, conducting an interview … )
- Participation at preparation of adaptation plans for newcomers (define goals, development needs …)
- Active support whole onboarding process (consultation, methodological tool …)

AREA OF EMPLOYEE EDUCATION AND DEVELOPMENT

- Identification and analysis of employee´s development needs
- Organisation and coordination of language and soft-skills trainings
- Managing and coordination of Internal University
- Talent management
- Oversight of education budget execution

AREA OF PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT AND SUCCESSION PLANNING

- Management and coordination of annual appraisal evaluation of employees
- Consultation and methodological support of process of performance management
- Managing process of succession planning by cooperation with management
- Management of student internship program
- Development of cooperation and partnership with schools and universities at Slovakia

AREA OF ETHICS, COMPLIANCE, CORPORATE VALUES AND PROCESSES

- Implementation and communication of employee´s awareness raising process across all management levels about ethics and compliance documents and values of the company
- Participation at global HR policy implementation process of mother-company at the local level
- Participation at CSR projects
- Participation at bettering of internal corporate processes
- Occasional travel abroad (France)
