Job description, responsibilities and duties

If you are eager to communicate with EMERSON customers and have the ownership for service`s contracts of high quality products, let us know. We will show you how we work, give you responsibility and develop your knowledge.

Responsibilites include the preparation, coordination and management of service's contracts, as well as reporting and invoicing activities.

Key Duties:
• Active participation on contract renewal process including phone and mail conversation with external customers and within the company
• Answering the renewal queries of customers and providing best possible services
• Creating and issuing renewal letters, loading new contracts
• Organizing a web cast on a monthly bases with contract manager and/or salesmen
• Investigating possible discrepancies between coversheets and Oracle information (cleaning) to prevent future mistakes on invoice and invoice details with customers

Requirements for the employee

Required education

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

Spanish - Advanced (C1) and
English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Computer skills - user

Microsoft Excel - advanced

Personality requirements and skills

Required experience:
At least 1 year of professional experience in commercial area (would be an advantage)

Technical / Functional skills:
PC literacy (excellent knowledge of Microsoft office required)
Preferred knowledge of ERP system ((JDE/Oracle)/As400 system

Ability to build a team environment and use participatory decision-making
Very strong customer oriented thinking
