Job Purpose:
Responsible for the daily operation of the office. The first customer or visit contact. In charge of attendance system and reports for the payroll department.

Resposibilities:
- Smooth running of the office, general administration
- Professional handling of incoming telephone calls, e-mail correspondence
- Meeting and greeting visitors, offering and serving refreshments
- Domestic & international travel arrangements, business trips (flight tickets, hotels, transport, visas, taxes etc.)
- Responsible for post delivery, couriers, communication with suppliers, ordering stationary
- Responsibility for cash, pool cars, meal vouchers
- Expense reports preparation, communication with accounting department
- Control and manage the attendance, preparation reports for payroll, archiving attendance documentation
- Cooperation with HR in organizing language courses, events for employees, sport benefit
- Preparation and collecting all documents for signing and approval for Director of Shared Services
- Assistant to Director of Shared service center (20%)
