- provides ongoing end-user support on one of following Oracle projects: Oracle Financials, Oracle Projects
- collects and analyzes business requirements for selected Oracle project
- supports the creation of business requirement documents and other functional and technical documentations
- assists in design, development, testing and participates during Oracle implementations in the EMEA region
- resolves technical and operational problems in a timely fashion
- supports project team in developing reports, tables, fields, data interfaces and application extensions
- develops testing scenarios and writes test scripts
- does research and effectively documents the Oracle localization impact on the ENP global design
- provides subjects matter expertise in selected Oracle project

- 3+ years’ experience in Oracle Applications environment in the selected project/ Oracle modules
- 3+ years’ experience with ERP System (Oracle eBS - preferable) in either an operational environment or implementation projects
- multiple language skills and very strong command of English
- excellent Communication and Teamwork skills
- excellent Customer Relationship Skills
- experience of working in a global environment essential
- process discipline and documentation skills essential
- ready to move beyond own area of comfort
- ability to be adaptable and flexible while responding to deadlines on assignments and workflow fluctuations
