* at least 1-2 years recruitment experience, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews on your own, ability to describe the personality, make recommendations to managers
* English language is a communication language in the company, other language is beneficial
* be organized, multi-tasked, looking for new way how to do things
* open, friendly, honest, precise person with strong customer oriented thinking
* ability to communicate and interact effectively at all management levels and to build a team environment
