Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
Responsible for selling Time & Material (T&M) services to end-customers and resellers (this includes battery, capacitors and fan replacement as well as repair work identified by our customer engineers), pipeline management, lead generation activities
Negotiation with customers
Cooperation with sales team from local sales office, dispatching, part logistics, customer engineers
• Selling T&M services
• Prepare quotation, calculating price and margins
• Handover order to dispatching department and assure customers get order acknowledgment
• Maintain customer database
• Interface to customers, customer engineers, credit controlling, dispatching and logistic team
• Interacting dispatchers and customer engineers in case of troubleshooting
• Solving of customer claims
• Ensure that all activities are in line with controls prescribed by the International Trading Compliance Regulation for legal trade of goods "made in USA"
• Active cooperation with teamleader on creating reports
• Proactive involvement in catching any issues in order to improve processes

• Knowledge of additional European language is an advantage
• PC literacy (excellent knowledge of Microsoft office required)
• Preferred knowledge of ERP system (Oracle)
• Ability to build a team environment and use participatory decision-making
• Very strong customer oriented thinking
• Strong team player with commitment and a positive attitude
• Organization skills, quick orientation in problems, good time management
