Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

- coordinates the sales excellence team, delegating and prioritizing workload
- supports the development and monitoring of KPIs and measurements of the sales force efficiency
- coordinate regular reviews at country level with the central functions to follow up on top opportunities, update statuses and guarantee
steps are followed thoroughly
- supports the implementation and monitoring of tools and metrics to manage sales performance (productivity, conversion rates, order volume) to drive continuous improvement
- facilitates the CRM full capabilities adoption, supporting with appropriate analysis and ad hoc feedback
- supports the various Sales Excellence initiatives as coordinated by the Sales Process Manager

- Bachelors of Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- at least 5 years in business analysis or similar position
- the candidate should understand the basic sales process and be familiar with the CRM reporting and functionalities
- able to work in a complex, international environment, good communications skills
- team leading experience would be a plus
- proactive, results oriented
