Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are currently looking for a university student who would support the financial department in invoice processing, manually vouching incoming invoices and writing down intrastat relevant parameters. It is a good opportunity to gain practical experience from the field of study.
Expected duration: 3-6 months

English - Upper intermediate (B2) or German - Intermediate (B1)

Invoicing - Basic
Double-entry bookkeeping - Basic

Student of the economic or business university (last two years of study)
Advanced knowledge of Excel
Any knowledge of ERP systems (ORACLE, Cognos, Noetix)
Analytical skills
Ability to learn quickly
Fluent in English
