Job description, responsibilities and duties
Your main responsibilities will be:
Service reports processing
Interface with customers, service supervisors and service engineers in all administrative issues
Admin and interface with subcontractors and suppliers
Order entry management
Invoice Customers as soon as a job has been completed and close relevant Service requests.
Be the first escalation step in case of Customer claims on Service invoice
