Job description, responsibilities and duties

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Ensure that Global or Key Accounts related contract, T&M or project related field service is completed within scope in order to meet the Customer requirements.
• Monitor Key Accounts related service performance vs. Service Level Agreement (response time, PM completion rate, reaction time, resolution time, first time fix rate, etc), help to build scorecards for Key Accounts.
• Is responsible for training and couching EMEA service operation team members (supervisors, field engineers, etc) to fill and provide documents, paperwork as per customer requirement within delivery lead time.
• Sharing best experience-helping continuous improvement (customer satisfaction, processes, data health & quality)
• Ensure that time is maximized on the most important priorities/ determines project priorities and manages tasks accordingly.
• Help to manage/dispatch out of European warranty cases.
• Help MUs to manage difficult international projects.
• Assure the execution of all the controls prescribed by I.T.C. Regulation for legal commerce of products (also HQ/SW), services, systems and technologies Emerson Network Power in total or composed by parts produced in USA.
• Control system (ERP) data quality/health, ensure total discipline in the use of the ERP system
• Cooperate with Service Sales Engineers, Service Operation Managers and EMEA Service Director to achieve sales objectives.
• Prepare documents requested by Key Accounts/Global Customers, calculate prices based of contractual agreement, chase customer to provide purchase orders reactive actions related.
• Monitor progress in all areas where process still needs to be standardized.
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
• Ensure costs are monitored on all T&M and project works carried out
• Driving for results, supporting team members, escalate pending issues

• Technical / Functional skills:
- Working experience as Dispatcher or Scheduler, Customer Relationship Manager is an advantage
- Computer Literate: Office associated programs: Outlook, Office, Word and proficient Excel, PowerPoint
- Experience with ERP systems: Oracle, JDE
