Logistics Claim Administrator EMEA

Job Purpose

Monitoring and resolution of claims related to logistics operation (late delivery, missing goods, inversions, overdelivered goods, damages...) including claim recovery from carriers insurance company. Monitoring carrier performance.

Key duties:
● Collecting and monitoring carrier PODs, making sure all PODs are provided complete, on time with sufficient quality in line with carrier SOPs, tracking and following-up any reserves on PODs.
● Receiving, tracking and resolving customer claims related to logistics operations.
● Investigating logistics related claims, identifying party liable for the claim, corrective and preventional measures for claims, calculating liability value and arranging for loss recovery from carrier / insurance company.
● Managing carrier SOPs with focus on service level quality.
● Regular tracking of qualitative KPIs of carriers and logistics providers (on time delivery, damages...)
● Liaising internally with Order Processing Teams, Service, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Warehouse, Finance departments and externally with carriers and external warehouse operators.
● Responsible for the continuous improvement of the processes listed under his/her responsibilities, the services of logistics providers and his/her own professional knowledge related to his/her job.
● Accomplish any assigned task which requires and/or meets his/her qualification and/or experiences.
● Responsible for his/her own ethical, high quality, organized and documented job performance in line with ENP
requirements.
