Job description, responsibilities and duties
Responsibilities include the preparation of service contracts.
Specific responsibilities:
•Ensure all coversheets are received and actioned appropriately and within agreed service levels
•Ensure all data are correct and reject incomplete coversheets
•Load new contracts and maintain installed bases
•Active participation on contract renewal process; support of coordinators
•Active cooperation with supervisor on creating reports and provision of information for reporting
