Job description, responsibilities and duties
Job Purpose
Responsible for providing administrative support through processing orders liaising with the accounts department in connection with invoicing procedures and with the field engineers/subcontractors.
Specific Responsibilities
•Service reports processing
•Interface with customers, service supervisors and service engineers in all administrative issues
•Admin and interface subcontractors and suppliers
•Order entry management
•Invoice customers as soon as a job has been completed and close relevant service requests.
•Be the first escalation step in case of customer claims on service invoice
