Job description, responsibilities and duties

Responsibilities include the preparation and management of service’s contracts, as well as reporting and invoicing activities for French speaking countries.

Specific responsibilities:
•Ensure all coversheets are received and actioned appropriately and within agreed service levels
•Ensure all data are correct and reject incomplete coversheets
•Load new contracts and maintain install bases
•Active participation on contract renewal process; support of coordinators
•Active cooperation with supervisor on creating reports and provision of information for reporting

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

French - Advanced (C1) and English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Microsoft Excel - Advanced
