Job description, responsibilities and duties

Role Statement:
Provide administrative support to plant manager, management team and HR department.

Key Duties
• Handle phone calls, mail, translations English to Slovak and vice versa
• Manage and control the reception area, assist visitors, provide refreshment
• Organize travel arrangements for staff and visitors: taxi, hotel, flight tickets, visa
• Help staff with reimbursements of travel expenditures
• Responsible for necessary visa agenda for staff and visitors
• Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports as required by Director of BSC
• Prepare presentations
• Handle office supplies purchase and processing in the system
• Process of employees attendance and provide monthly closing
• Coordinate some training activities
• Participate in organizing of company events according to communication plan
• Perform other job related duties as required
• Follow the procedures, rules and principles of integrated Management System
• Work in accordance with International Trade Compliance regulations
• Work in accordance with Lean Management and 5’s
• Communication with landlord and security and solve issues regarding office premises
• Communication with cleaning service and other suppliers
• Handle evidence and arrange maintenance of pool cars
• Personal assistance to the General Manager: travel arrangements, prepare reimbursements,
• Monthly reports on parking, meal vouchers, insurance
• Handle petty cash
