Job description, responsibilities and duties

Role Statement
Responsibilites include the preparation, coordination and management of service's contracts, as well as reporting and invoicing activities.

Key Duties:
• Active participation on contract renewal process including phone and mail conversation
• Ensuring all POs are received and actioned appropriately and within agreed service levels
• Active interaction with external customers in order to obtain customer PO
• Organizing a web cast on a monthly bases with contract manager and/or salesmen
• Answering the renewal queries of customers and providing best possible services
• Creating and issuing renewal letters
• Solving all issues and any obstacles which might defeat loading of contracts
• Dealing with subcontractor's contracts
• Interacting with other contract administrators to ensure the flow of business runs smoothly
• Investigating possible discrepancies between coversheets and Oracle information (cleaning) to prevent future mistakes on invoice and invoice details with customers
• Loading new contracts and maintain install bases

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

Spanish - Advanced (C1) and English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

Required experience:
At least 1 year of professional experience in commercial area (would be an advantage)

Technical / Functional skills:
PC literacy (excellent knowledge of Microsoft office required)
Preferred knowledge of ERP system ((JDE/Oracle)/As400 system

Personal skills:
Ability to build a team environment and use participatory decision-making
Very strong customer oriented thinking
Strong team player with commitment and a positive attitude
Organization skills, quick orientation in problems, good time management
Excellent problem solver and stress resistant
Flexible and effective learning of new things and adapting to new conditions
