Job description, responsibilities and duties
Role Statement
Responsible for administrations and management of requests, quotations and orders for non contract service products: spare parts, T&M (Time & Material) interventions, battery replacements.
Key Duties:
• Ensure customer requests, quotations and orders are processed on ERP system in well-timed manner.
• Manage price discounts and be sure every quotations is issued with the correct price level able to maximize profitability and probabilities to win the order
• Support spares coordinators in the selling activity (responsible of an individual sales target assigned by the Bratislava Service Sales Manager)
• Ensure that any activity, task and responsibility required by role in terms of the ITC (International Trade Compliance) Regulation is managed and performed in full compliance with the Company ITC itself
• Interface customers (if necessary), service engineers, credit controlling and logistic team
• Driving for results, supporting team members, escalate pending issues
