Job description, responsibilities and duties

Responsibilities

Key objectives:
- Introduction of new products in the market - promotional activities, technical seminars, training sessions and visits on site, both for Copeland and Alco products.
- In charge of developing new sales business and maintain the relationship with existing clients.
- Liaison between customers and the company.
- Evaluation of market potential, finding sales opportunities, establishing competitive analysis.
- Organize technical and application trainings for the customers.
- Look for new business opportunities in other related sectors as well; approach end-users (retail) to promote the use of “Emerson. Climate Technologies” products
- Follow up the market tendencies.
- Support the translation and distribution of literature; prepare and publish articles in local specialised magazines.
- Develop an in-depth product knowledge and understanding of HVAC applications; participate in internal product and organisation training programs.

Administrative tasks:
- Update CRM (OCOD) on the activities which have been done, new contacts, actions and sales results; prepare a target list of upcoming activities.
- Give information to the Sales administrator to prepare a monthly product forecast.
- Follow up the Customer Data Base and implement changes through the sales administrator when necessary.
- Assist management with surveys regarding competition, market shares and any marketing info as required.

Territory: Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary

We require

- University Degree in Engineering
- Experience in Refrigeration business min. 3-4 years
- Good negotiation and presentation skills
- Very good technical thinking
- Deep knowledge of refrigeration market
- Willingness to travel within 50 % of the working time
- Fluent English, Hungarian language is an advantage
- Excellent written and oral communication skills at all levels
