Support customers for scroll compressors and scroll condensing units, develop technical know-how for scroll applications, support sales team for product promotion, support customers with technical info, docs, solutions
Responsibilities & Functions
• Proposes technical solutions to customer with Embraco portfolio applying knowledge of compressors and refrigeration systems.
• Deploy with customer projects applying Embraco technologies.
• Prepares reports to customer by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information from Embraco products and projects.
• Provides engineering and solution training to customers.
• Provides engineering information to customer by answering questions and requests.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops;
• Prepare support documentation for product promotion: cross references, technical documents, case studies, application notes
• Coordinates the testing, case studies and field tests
• Visiting customer with sales team to support technical solutions.
