Job description, responsibilities and duties

Job Summary
Global Business Support HR Specialist will be responsible for executing specific HR processes and delivering services and results to the business units (internal clients). He / She will act as an internal consultant regarding HR processes, supporting the business with the necessary expertise for the HR GBS operation.

Responsibilities
GBS HR Specialist will be responsible for:
• executing processes of regarding personnel and organizational data efficiently, on-time and with quality
• ensuring data quality of master data files and take appropriate action to correct deficiencies
• following established processes, policies, and procedures control documentation, process flows and procedures, including preparation of regular reports
• performing daily activities oriented to service level achievement
• delivering results according to the SLAs and other goals defined by GBS leadership
• maintaining up-to-date the process documentation and procedures, as well as controls documentation
• identifying and implementing opportunities of continuous improvement on the performed activities

Challenges
• Be an expert on HR processes for different countries (Brazil, China, Italy, Mexico, Russia, Slovakia and USA)
• Make sure HR processes are being performed according to desired service levels and quality
• Understand and respect different cultures (from Brazil, China, Italy, Mexico, Russia, Slovakia and USA) developing a friendship and cooperative environment

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Educational Specialization

business administration / economics / personnel management or equivalent

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

Human Resources - Advanced
Payroll accounting - Advanced
Microsoft Excel - Advanced
SAP - Basic

Personality requirements and skills

Experience and Education Required
• University education /Bachelor’s degree/ with focus on business administration / economics / personnel management or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a similar role with payroll process experience
• Working experience from international company / SSC / GBS – nice to have

Skills and Knowledge Required

• Very good knowledge of Labor code and HR processes
• Good communication skills
• Ability to manage Personnel Administration processes
• Ability to learn new subjects related to hr processes operation
• Focus in delivering results, processes and customer satisfaction
• Adequate relationship with internal clients and different levels of the company
• Flexibility
• Fluent in English – as a must
• Second language (Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Italian) - nice to have
