Analyze impact of release changes on performance test scope.
Negotiate the test scope with country analyst.
Prepare script (including test data preparation).
Monitore test runs.
Run the test in a multiple cycles on wide performance-generating infrastructure.
Analyze test’s results.
Prepare recommendations for application performance improvement.
Create overall report consumed by project manager and our customer.
Improve the test methodology together with Team Leader.
