Job description, responsibilities and duties
HR Controller is responsible for budgeting, reporting and forecasting process of HR related costs. Explains variances and prepares regular reporting pack for management including commentary. Contributes to the creation of processes and policies within HR area.
HR Controller is also responsible for doing research and helping develop and maintain systems that allow to pay salaries and provide benefits that are equitable and competitive so that the organization can attract and retain competent employees.
