Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

The Network Operating Center and Service Desk Operator will be assigned to 24x7 on site team working on shift base. In this role is responsible for providing support as a first contact point for all customers who require support for their Service Requests, Incidents and Problems. He/she will be also responsible for providing technical support by monitoring of systems, report preparation and run of regular jobs based on work instructions.

Respond to customers enquiries regarding the operation of services within specified SLA's.
- Perform routine monitoring and control of the mission and business critical systems by using standardized monitoring tools – Netcool.
- Log all activity in the company ITSM tool.
- Perform routine IT Operation tasks.
- Ensure appropriate IT related procedures and work instructions are followed.
- Provide internal ICT support.

Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)

Postgraduate (Doctorate)
