Job description, responsibilities and duties

The Embassy of Japan in the Slovak Republic, Hlavné námestie 2, 813 27 Bratislava seeks an Assistant of Administration Section. The position is full-time hours, from Monday to Friday. (This is a temporary position to cover an employee on maternity/parental leave).
Job description for Assistant of Administration Section is as below.
1. Routine administrative works as evidence and archiving of documents and invoices;
2. Communication with bank, authorities of state administration, suppliers and external partners;
3. Processing of materials for superiors;
4. Responsibility for functioning and daily operation of the office;
5. Translation from/to Slovak, English and Japanese;
6. Assisting with any other duties of the Embassy.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

Japanese - Advanced (C1) and English - Advanced (C1) and Slovak - Proficiency (C2)

Personality requirements and skills

Experience of study/work in Japan is great advantage;
Healthy, disciplined, communicative, team worker rather than individual player;
Slovak nationality (*Japanese national cannot apply).
