Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Autonomous management of the whole sales process (establishing and fostering a sustainable pipeline, contract negotiation, conclusion of contracts)
- Constant and proactive lead generation through cold calls and marketing follow-ups
- Preparation of offers and contracts based on client needs and technical requirements
- Independent and efficient processing of tenders
- Giving presentations for managing directors as well as product demos with potential clients
- Keeping the client database up to date in the CRM system and preparing weekly forecasts
- Close cooperation with Senior Management, the finance and the legal department

- Self-motivating person who works independently and team-oriented
- Flexible and resilient personality with willingness to travel and commitment to quality
- Excellent MS Office knowledge
- Fluent in English is a must
- Excellent Polish language skills preferred; optional Czech or Slovak
