Sr. SMT Engineer

Supervision of the performance of SMT, Axial Radial lines.
Support for the introduction of new products on automated lines, define production-technical parameters. Validate the process parameters for new products.
Diagnosis, treatment and removal of the technical problems (HW, SW) for automated lines.
Optimize the performance of the equipment using statistical analysis from quality data (AOI, ICT, FCT) and RCCA.
Look for ways to improve quality and productivity, reduce downtime, reduce changeover time. Monitor and improve OEE.
Engage in the DFM process as the technical expert
Look for opportunities to implement new manufacturing techniques on automated lines (ie. Pin in Paste)
Operator training, Maintenance Technician training
Define maintenance requirements for the automated machines, monitor and reduce downtime, monitor and reduce the consumption of spare parts. Contribute to the definition of the annual maintenance and operational budget and report against budget and performance targets monthly.
