Job description, responsibilities and duties

Your responsibilities:
The main responsibilities on this position will be the following:
- To care about our Slovenian and Croatian eShops and full responsibility for them
- Customer support. As we are customer oriented company, this part will be very important for us. The right candidate have to answer customers questions by phone and email also have to solve complaints and give product information via phone and email, etc.
- Full control of the eShop (product descriptions, pricing, etc.)
- Sales process and sales channels optimization
- Responsibility for achieving our targets
- Market research
- Cooperation with our marketing department
- Copywriting (eg banner, newsletter, etc.)
- Business opportunity identification (Daily deals, B2B, etc.)

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

Slovenian - Proficiency (C2) and
Croatian - Proficiency (C2)

Administrative and economic skills

Business correspondence - advanced

Computer skills - user

Microsoft Outlook - advanced
Microsoft Excel - advanced
Microsoft Word - advanced

The position is suitable for a fresh graduate


Personality requirements and skills

- Excellent Slovenian and Croatian languages (on almost native level both speaken and written)
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer oriented attitude is a must
- Self motivated with drive
- Team player
- Negotiator
- Sales and online marketing experience
- Customer support experience is a big advantage
- Experience with channel sales is an advantage but not a must
- Technical orientation, interest to learn new things
