Information about the position

What will you be in charge of?

Your responsibilities:
The main responsibilities on this position will be the following:
  • To care about our Romanian eShop and full responsibility for it
  • Customer support by phone and email, complaints solving and to give product information, etc.
  • Full control of the eShop (product descriptions, pricing, etc.)
  • Sales process and sales channels optimization
  • Responsibility for achieving our targets
  • Copywriting (eg banner)

You have an education

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

You speak foreign languages

Romanian - Proficiency (C2) and English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

Business correspondence - Advanced
Microsoft Outlook - Advanced
Microsoft Excel - Advanced
Microsoft Word - Advanced
