Job description, responsibilities and duties
Sales Representative is responsible for implementation of contracts with the dealers, at shop level for display share of major and household appliances.
Please note this is a temporary role - fixed term contract for 12 months.
Key responsibilities:
- to visit shops on a regular basis and contact shop floor personnel
- to find out the WG trade partners/shops from his geographic area
- to establish first contact with new trade partners/shops
- to build relationships with shop floor personnel
- to inform & train the shop floor personnel at the shop level about product novelties & promotions
- to ensure that all shop floor personnel are well versed in features and benefits as well in
promotions of our products
- to provide sales out figures (from the shop level)
- to be familiar with accounts in the area
- to assist the sales manager in the sales drive and distribution of our products
- to implement and to follow the promotions at the shop level
- to improve the Electrolux image at the shop level (product positioning)
- to inform the sales manager of any breakdown in communication with the trade
- to report and analyse information about the competitors’ sales & marketing activities at shop level
in the field
- to provide the sales manager with display report for his area
- to maximise market distribution and presence of goods in trade channels
- to portray a professional image of the company
- to increase sales of our brands and meet the agreed target
- to work closely with internal staff of other departments (marketing, SOP, after sales)
