Operations manager

• You report directly to the Plant Manager and manage all operational activities in very close cooperation.
• You set up an operational business plan to be able to realize the organizational goals.
• You have P&L responsibility and need to ensure that results are consistent with the corporate strategic business plan.
• You are constantly searching for possibilities to improve in order to optimize results.
• You form a highly qualified and motivated team of professionals and encourage them to collaborate and build bridges between all departments.
• You are a coach for all your employees in order to support them in their personal development as a professional.
• You ensure that the right corporate strategy is translated into the daily operations.
• You report directly to the headquarters in Belgium.
