- analyze customer returns and defects found in th production
- prepare and maintain control plan for components and complete products
- supervise effective use of quality in production and evaluation of results
- Perform Capability Studies, Process and Produkt Audits
- Perform Gage Studies before gage is approved for production tests or after product change
- Identifie and use appropriate statistical tools and mentoring and training team member in use of the statistical applications and techniques
