IT Tester - junior developer

• Build a functional test campaign

Write the dedicated test cases (through analysis and evaluation of the business
requirements and review of the related detailed functional specifications);
Validate the description of the new test cases with Business Analysts;
Identify and apply modifications to the existing referential of non-regression test cases;
Participate in the test strategy definition;
Design the test plan to be run to validate the reception of a release;
Create test data;

• Run a functional test campaign

Execute test cases;
Register the results of the tests;
Declare incidents;
Track bug fixing progress;
Validate bug fixing;
Perform some training on the enhancement(s) to the end-user
Support end-users during their user acceptance testing phase

• Support the functional test campaign

Participate in the writing of the daily test report (conduct the testing campaigns);
Improve the referential of non-regression testing cases (if needed once the campaign is over);

• Training

Prepare training plan for the team
Trainee team members
Prepare internal exam based on attended trainings.
