 We look for you

• Very good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Has very good PC skills
• Must work well under pressure and be able to meet deadlines
• Communicative and willing to learn new things
• Fluent English in speaking and writing, any other European language is a plus
• Organizational skills
• Experience supporting sales & marketing team preferred

In this position you will be primarily responsible for the preparation of presentations, product description, handbooks and marketing collaterals, web performance, online media activities which directly support the company’s business development efforts, division reporting, partly Office management activities including processing incoming phone calls, visitors, and keeping stock and ordering office supplies, Customer service department support

Assist with special projects as needed in the Marketing Services Department, such as email campaigns, internal communications, trade-show support, list management, data collection, and surveys.
Perform other duties as assigned.

- Helps to build contacts with peers, internal customers and colleagues in neighbouring departments
- Helps to build contacts with customers, identifies and influences decision makers / opinion leaders
- Helps to build/maintain/support relationship with field sales and CAM organization

- Supports superior on on-going projects and innovation teams to further develop and improve work processes in field of responsibility
- Optimizes administrative processes continuously and improves efficiency
- Supports Regional/Country Marketing Manager on regional/country marketing projects and innovation teams to further develop product portfolio and/or customer segment programs
- Supports continuous improvement of business processes in product portfolio or customer segment

 Delivering Results
- Ensures consistent application of all relevant policies and procedures
- Ensures clear and timely communication to all internal and external interfaces
- Processes all necessary administration and documentation in her/his area of responsibility
- Prepares all information material needed to support the superior/team in the organisational unit
- Provides data analysis support to Regional/Country Marketing on market, customer, competitor information trends and provides up-to-date knowledge benchmarking key data for his/her product portfolio and all customer segments
- Helps Marketing Manager to support the ID organization with product/segment specific marketing material and information
- Supports Regional/Country Marketing Manager in executing internal product/segment training programs together with European/Regional Training Manager
