Main duties and responsibilities
- Helping our customers solve their requests in English language,
- Dealing with the inquiries via email communication,
- Main task is to completely analyse the customer request and provide them with the solution and advice,
- Regular administrative work,
- Identifying and escalating priority issues,
- Cooperation with other departments.
Principal accountabilities
- Maintaining the work shift hours,
- Providing customers with compete and correct information,
- Ensuring the KPIs and SLAs are maintained.
