Job description, responsibilities and duties
Responsibilities
• Managing the complete business with 8 employees,
• Responsible for P&L
• Regular weekly reports the head Office
• Acquisition of key clients, above all in the target markets construction, manufacturing
and related industries.
• Creating the product portfolio under consideration of the market needs in cooperation
with the headquarters abroad
• Take care of contractual relations (rents, legal, etc.)
• Continuous reporting to the headquarters

• Several years experience in managing sales, preferably
with target groups in construction or related
industries, e.g. logistics.
• Previous experience in the rental industry
• Strong people management skills
• Commercially aware and able to make solid business
decisions
• Technical understanding, hands on mentality and
service oriented
• Understanding of the market needs in the field of
renting out machines for construction and related
industries.
• Strong management skills with high flexibility.
• Strong sales drive and clients orientation.
• Analytical skills and thinking.
• High commitment and enthusiasm completed with
high self- sufficiency.
• Outstanding communications skills.
• Excellent English essential.
• Ready to travel within Slovakia and sometimes
abroad as necessary
• Living in the Bratislava region.
