Required skills:
 Background in warehousing
 Knowledge of LEAN/Six Sigma, preferable certified as Green Belt
 Experience with the most commonly used DSV Sigma Tools (Value Stream Mapping, Ishikawa Analysis, TIMWOODT, Brain storm techniques, etc.)
 Experience with Minitab or similar programs
 Ability to facilitate team processes
 Excellent communication skills
 Able to coach others
 Good understanding of the English language, both verbally as well as in writing
 Structured, hands on, pragmatic, affinity for logistics operations
 Living in the region Nordics or Eastern Europe
 Willingness to travel within your region
