Accounts Payable Analyst – German and English language

We are US based fast growing company providing procurement services mainly in indirect materials for our clients majority within Automotive industry.

We are looking for independent, self-driven, detail oriented, self-confident Accounts Payable Team Member with German, English, Slovak language with excellent invoice processing and problem solving skills to immediately backfill MATERNITY LEAVE position within our Accounting Department.

Job Description:

- Required language skills are German, English and Slovak.
- Confirm invoices comply with processing and statutory requirements.
- Process supplier invoices into accounts payable system.
- Investigate and resolve non-conforming invoices with suppliers and purchasing team.
- Respond to supplier queries as to status of account or payments.
- Research and obtain proof of delivery when necessary for resolution of supplier or customer issues.
- Identify problems or issues, record the pertinent information, and resolve or forward the information to the appropriate contact for problem resolution.
- Communicate effectively and courteously with internal and external customers.
