Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Day to day management and co-ordination of technical staff (engineers, technicians)
- Lead, support and deliver robust injection moulding solutions for manufacturing
- Identify and implement process improvements (efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness)
- Provision of support and cooperation to other Business Managers (Assembly, Tool, Maintenance, Production, Quality)
- Drive moulding projects from initiation through to completion
- Working closely with the project leaders to ensure required support is provided to meet project objectives
