Customer Service Representative for Nitra site

• Daily communication with customers via phone, email, fax, or other media
• Confirmation of orders, after discussion with planning department
• Answering client's questions, solving their queries in a timely manner
• Work with internal databases, resourcing needed information in databases, internal evidence
• Communication and cooperation with colleagues from other departments (Logistics, Production, Quality)
• Supporting sales team
• Administrative tasks within customer department and reporting
• Reception, registration and following up of all the customer complaints from the beginning to the end of the process
• Sending official answers/reports/statements to the customer stating the final conclusions
• Preparing loading plans for expedition
