We are looking for addition to our support team. This position is compared to L2 or sometimes L3 support. Our client has allready his own person educated by us and dedicated to L1 .
As an Application Support Analyst, you will be a member of support team in Bratislava to solve more complex support cases reported by customers.

Your main task will be:
- Communicate with the end users and identify their needs.
- Cooperate with consultants, development team (programmers/analysts) etc. for efficient Ticket resolution
- Check Tickets on receipt to ensure sufficient informations
- Provide timely and accurate updates to Tickets
- Provide functionality testing to ensure that the service has been fully restored
- Preparation of technical and user documentation
- Other support work
