Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Deliver training modules to the teams within Slovakian stores (nowadays 7 stores in Sk: from Bratislava to Košice) which demonstrates a measureable impact to department KPI’s and overall weekly sales.
• Identify solutions and or actions required to enhance the selling skills within the opticians department.
• Coach and support the team, influence changes in behaviour
• Monitor and record the performance of stores visited to analyse success of training provided and follow up as required.
• Produce and distribute training reports, feeding back results to stakeholders for the role.
• Closely cooperate with the Regional Manager

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Personality requirements and skills

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in coaching employees in retail (bank, insurance, telco, energy)

Active English is necessary (regular communication and meetings with management)

Candidates must also possess:
• Willingness to travel within SK
• Strong multi-site retail experience
• A proven track record of success in a target-driven environment
• Impressive people-management and performance management skills
• Fantastic communication skills and the ability to build strong business relationships
• Familiarity with selling techniques
