Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for candidate who is willing to work in financial department.
• Support of Financial Controlling team:
- Preparation of monthly activity indicators
- Preparation of Sales department indicators
- Preparation of Service Delivery indicators
• Prepare profitability analyses/ analyses of service lines for the Business
• Assist with other projects as needed
• Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company/ group
• Responsible for Complaint Management : preparation of Complaint Reports
• Customer reportings (Ad hoc Reportings) and discuss them with the Account Manager
