Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for experienced senior manager, with min. 5-10 years of managerial experience in pharmaceutical industry.

• Develop, execute and permanently improve the "relationship strategy" to key stakeholders
• Development, execution and further improvement of reimbursement affairs strategy
• Train and coach and lead new MAT members
• Key role in coordination of reimbursement, governmental and corporate affairs, health economics and competitive pricing activities
• Under the cooperation with Medical function, development and coordination of outcomes studies and development of local argumentation for reimbursement negotiations.
• Active participation in strategy and business planning process .
• Representation in local pharma associations,pricing reimbursement and public affairs related meetings and initiatives and being a company spokeperson to governmental authorities
• Coordination of MAT and maintenance of SHM database

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• Excellent leadership and diplomacy skills
• English and Slovak language - fluent
• Ability and proven record for networking, excellent social, communication and management skills
• University degree in Science and / or Business Administration
• 5-10 years of senior executive position within an international company, preferable with lobbying and business management experiences
• Excellent understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, regulatory, healtheconimocs and reimbursement procedures as well as broad knowledge in diverse drug classes
• Strong assertivity and self-confidence, but team worker
• Personal drive, positive and proactive thinking
• Stress resistance
