Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

The position is open for our client, importer of cars.

- Collect, analyze and improve customer data in order to support the Sales and Service departments in identifying business potential in all business segments on national and local level.
- Vehicle registration data and customer identification improvement in CZ, HU to determine market coverage and opportunity penetration
- Mapping the rental, used vehicle, engine markets to determine business potential
- Identify customer groups/segments in all business segments with key business drivers and media consumption habits
- Collect other relevant business intelligence data from available industry reports, public information or purchased sources (ex. Transport volumes and trends in Europe…)
- Analyze available data from internal system and identify insights and trends to be used to develop the business
- Evaluate current methods and procedures for customer satisfaction data collection and propose improvements (external and internal)
- Collect and analyze competitor data for all business segments on national/local levels and presenting results
- Ensure effective and accurate customer data collection, maintenance as well as system development to fit business needs

Requirements for the employee

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

- 3+years experience from similar position (Business reporting, Business analyst, BI specialist, Sales controller...)
- Fluent English and Slovak/Czech
- Hungarian language is a big advantage

-Excellent ability to analyze this data or information and interpret: translating or explaining what information means and how it can be used
