Job description, responsibilities and duties

Position is open for small company, leader in segment of medical devices in ophtalmology area.

Purpose of the job:
• Manage , execute and monitor promotions and campaigns, control the work of supporting agencies
• Organize customer events, hold presentations to partners
• Manage product launches and product catalogue
• Visit partners and align on trade marketing activities
• Manage social media sites and mobile application
• Prepare forecasts and reports
• Manage customer database
• Cooperate with other divisions (Sales, Customer Service, Finance)
• Traveling around Slovakia to key customers (20-40% of working time, particularly during marketing campaigns)

Position of the job in the organization:
• Report functionally to the Head of Marketing Eastern Region
• Member of Management Team in Slovakia
• Report to managing director of Czechia and Slovakia
• Support and report directly to the Senior Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
• Execution of the annual marketing plan and budget
• Coordinate the marketing activities with the Sales Team
• Alignment with Marketing activities Czech Republic

Requirements for the employee

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Personality requirements and skills

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Marketing
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in marketing (preferably trade marketing)
• Good knowledge and understanding of Internet applications, online marketing (Google Adwords, Analytics) and social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)
• User level knowledge of MS Office
• Fluency in English
