Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Duties of the employee on this position are devided to 3 areas.

• HR
~ preparation contracts for new employees

• Office
- accommodation (flights, tickets, hotels, transfers, refreshments and dinners)
- Administrator support and organization of whole Office
- organization of all matters related to the running of the office (cleaning, repairs needed in the office, services for office equipment) and if needed communication with landlord
- reception handling

• Regulatory Affairs
- re-check of various translatiions according the need
- preparation and re-preparation of application forms and cover letters for variations, printing of documentation for submission
- preparation of drafts for text revisions
- preparation of base for notification of medical devices
- medical journals monitoring
- checking if text on artwork is in compliance wit approved one
- checking the artworks before printing

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination

University student
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

Ideal candidate has experience in similar position at least 3 - 5 years and can speak english fluently.
Bachelor or Magister education is preferred but not necessary.

Other requirements and skills:
- profesionalism, self-orginized, efficient, sense of responsibility and flexibility
- good knowledge of MS Office ( Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook) is important
