Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Office functions
- Office organization & Admin support
- reception handling
- purchasing of stationary stuff for the office
- communication with landlord if needed
- organization of cleaning
- organization of repairs in the office
- organization of services for the office equipment (copy machine,
scanner etc.)
- admin work related to the smooth running of the office
-Accommodation/hotels, transfers, flight tickets, dinners, refreshments

• HR Functions
-prepare employment contracts

• Regulatory Affairs
- Check the artworks before printing, check if text on artwork is in
compliance with ap-proved one
- Re-Check of various translations according the need
- Pre-Preparation of application forms and cover letters for
variations, printing of docu-mentation for submission
- Preparation of drafts for text revisions
- Preparation of base for notification of medical devices
-Monitoring medical journals

- Data collection to excel sheet according to the internal rules

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination

University student
University education (Bachelor's degree)

Personality requirements and skills

Education: Secondary school, preferred - Bachelor/Magister Education
Languages: English- fluent
Experience: Experience: 3-5 years in similar position
- MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint)
- Sense of responsibility
