We have excellent opportunity for 11 HR Specialists with English + 1 language:
- Talent Acquisition (English only or French or German)
- Compensation & Benefits (French or Italian)
- Travel and Expenses Management (Dutch (2) or Spanish (2))
- HR Services Documentation Specialist (English only)
You will work on a 6-12 month project in Krakow, Poland for a newly established Business Services Centre of a big international company.
Start: 1st December or asap (let us know)
General requirements:
- minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience
- business level of English + another language as required with each role
- strong customer service orientation
- nice to have: experience with SAP

Details about the roles:
HR Specialist - Talent Acquisition
- Ensure the quality of the talent acquisition process, together with other HR stakeholders, by checking the quality of the job requisition details, preparing and publishing job postings, screening and creating longlists of candidates, scheduling interviews, generating offer letters and employment contracts, initiating pre-employment screening and reference checking processes, answering queries from candidates, and closing job requisitions
- Support various early talent identification programs such as careers fairs and university events by scheduling events and interviews, printing banners, creating content for social media and pre-screening applicants;
- Create purchase orders and process invoices for payment to vendors and others relating to recruitment consultants, job boards, interview expenses, etc.;
- Maintain good data quality in HR systems related to talent acquisition and provide on-demand reports related to all talent processes;
- Deliver best in class HR Service support to HR communities, business managers and employees, oversee accurate and timely processing of information with all stakeholders and - execute talent acquisition processes according to the defined Service Level Agreements;
- Communicate and consult with internal customers regarding all talent acquisition policies and standards to ensure understanding and compliance and recommend enhancements, improvements and simplification of existing processes and procedures, based on experience and feedback from customers.

HR Specialist - Compensation & Benefits
- Execute mainly country specific administrative tasks related to benefits including collaboration with possible internal and/or external stakeholders / benefits vendors;
- Also required Payroll tasks
- support the annual salary review by e.g. communicating guidelines to and collecting data from the regions/countries;
- Ensure timely and accurate administration of the employee share acquisition program by preparing the tools and documentation for the invite and closure of the launch, generating and distributing the invitation and purchase decision letters, consolidating enrollment data, tracking and reporting of changes, managing the payments to the participants together with payroll;
- Answer employee enquiries related to compensation and benefits;
- Communicate and consult with internal customers regarding all compensation & benefits policies and standards to ensure understanding and compliance and recommend enhancements, improvements and simplification of existing processes and procedures, based on experience and feedback from customers.

HR Specialist - Travel and Expenses Management
- Support and/or administer the business travel related activities together with the other ABB stakeholders and service providers, according to the agreed country practices related to e.g. bookings, travel approvals, processing expense claims;
- Maintain good data quality in HR systems related to Travel and provide on-demand reports related to all Travel processes;
- Deliver best in class HR Service support to HR communities, business managers and employees, oversee accurate and timely processing of information with all stakeholders and execute Travel processes according to the defined Service Level Agreements;
- Typical tasks would be (not extensive list): Travel Expense Adjustments / Corrections, Change of status for Travel Expense Reports in SAP or other systems, Supporting other functions with Travel Reports (Ex. Mileage reimbursement, Project Costs and in Tax-related cases).

HR Services Documentation Specialist
- Overall accountability for up to date Content Management in HR Service Center (working instructions and manuals, organizational charts and SharePoint);
- Work closely with Case Specialists on identifying process documentation gaps/further clarifications, update Standard Operating Procedures and any other supporting documentation;
- In collaboration with Service Line Leads drive updates and sign-offs of documentation;
- Assist with generation and management of internal project plans;
- Maintain data within the HR database, providing routine/ad hoc reports and updates.
