Job description, responsibilities and duties

Place of work: Bratislava OR Praha

· Lead and develop the Administration team in Czech Republic and Slovakia (4+3 employees)
· Steer enactment process of global and internal guideline in CZ/SK and define the necessary infrastructure
· Caretaker for guidelines related to his/her area of responsibility
· Ensure the operation of administrative services in compliance with company policies and regulations
· Facility management: Ensures availability of adequate office space and its maintenance
· Real Estate Manager: Ensures proper reporting of all CZ/SK sites
· Car fleet management: Ensures an efficient process for ordering of company cars and their management
· Contract management: Ensures an adequate and effective workflow and life-cycle management for company contracts in close alignment with the legal department
· Safety / Security: Responsible for conformity with CZ/SK legal and internal global requirements
· Improve the efficiency of internal processes and regulations, following cost efficiency
· Perform analytical checks of car cost, phone cost, document control, SharePoint organization and SharePoint site preparation

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

· University degree or equivalent practical experience and professional knowledge
· At least 5 years of experience in related areas of Back-office management, facility management, car fleet management, contract management or similar admin fields
· Excellent and efficient communication skills
· Team spirit, constructive facilitation skills and social competence
· Strong Ability to manage and drive larger projects independently
· Strong Ability to build trustful partnerships and relationships across all levels of the organization
· Structured approach, number minded, Self-confident, conflict resistant, self-dependent, proactive and self-motivated
· Capability of working to deadlines and in a contradicting environment
· Proficiency level in English and in CZ/SK language
· Well-developed level (“strong”) of the following competencies: collaboration, planning & aligning, customer focus, managing complexity, building effective teams, cultivate innovation
